This summer’s trip across the water to the Isle of Wight should be a very good one.  We are planning to visit Ryde, Cowes, Newport, Ventnor, Shanklin and Sandown - all in one day!  Meet at Southsea Hoverport at 10.00am.

PLC is returning to the Bowlplex on Thursday for more fun 10-pin Bowling.  Come and join us.  We are meeting at 19.30 inside the Bowlplex in Gunwhar Quays.

Portsmouth Language College’s daytime 3-hour classes will be extended from Monday 30th June.  There will be an extra 15 minutes on the morning and afternoon classes from then on.  Here is the new time schedule:
09.00–12.15  Morning Class (15 minutes more)
12.30 - 13.30  Skills/tutorial hour
14.00 - 17.15 Afternoon Class (15 minutes more)
18.00 - 21.00 Evening Classes […]

Now that the FCE, CAE & CPE classes have finished (due to start again on September 1st 2008), we are opening some General English classes for the Summer.  The first is Intermediate and will be every Monday & Wednesday from 18.00-21.00.  Come for a trial lesson if you wish.

Portsmouth Language College is returning to Brighton this Saturday for a day trip.  Brighton is probably the most famous seaside town in England and there is lots to see and do.  Go on the beach, the pier, visit the Pavillion or just enjoy the shops!  Meet at Fratton Station at 09.15
